We want you to be completely satisfied with your self-portrait purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
